What’s your return policy?
We do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us at support@orchardism.com. We’ll do our best to resolve it with care.
Please note: merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered is not eligible for a refund or replacement.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only issued in cases where you receive a damaged item or an incorrect item.
If this happens, contact us at support@orchardism.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can make it right.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
We currently do not offer size or color exchanges.
If you're unsure about fit, please refer to our Size Guide located in the site footer.
In rare cases, if your item was mislabeled or incorrectly fulfilled, let us know within 7 days of receiving it. Include your order number and photos of the incorrect item—we’ll happily replace it or offer a refund.
